Wholemeal Cocoa Apple Muffins

These are a great way to lose weight and fat, simply mix them up and you're good to go!

Step:

  1. Peel and dice the apple into a bowl, beat the egg and mix well.

  2. Add wholemeal flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar and milk and mix well.

  3. Preheat the oven at 175 °C for 10 minutes.

  4. Add the batter into the mould and bake at 175 °C for 25-30 minutes.
