Strawberry Pie

Serving size: 8 inches (if you want to make 6 inches all ingredients about *0.625)

Step:
Mix all the ingredients for the pie crust, knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1hr.

4. | Vanilla extracts | 2-3 drops |

Step:
Wash strawberries, remove pips, and drain.
Put the strawberries and sugar into a saucepan and stir-fry over high heat until the strawberries become watery. (Keep stirring or it will stick to the pan.*)
Add the lemon juice and stir-fry over low heat until the strawberries are thickened.

Step:
Take 2/3 of the dough, roll out the piecrust to about 3mm thick, lay it into the mould, press it firmly to fit, and roll out the edges of the rolling pin on the mould more than the crust.
Brush with egg wash
200°C 15 min turn 175°C 20-25 min
A very unique and beautiful strawberry pie, but for someone who doesn’t like sour food, this pie is a bit sour. If the sweetness can be adjusted, I think I will like it more.Of course everyone’s taste is different, this is just a comment based on my taste 很特別又美觀的草莓派,但是對於我不怎麼吃酸的人來說,這款派有點酸,如果可以再調整它的甜度,我想我會更喜歡它,當然每個人的口味都不同,這只是針對我的口味做的評論。
